Q. How do I submit an ad?
A. From the HOME page, click on Post Your Ad. Next, select your region. For example, Northeast Louisiana would be in the Monroe Region, Northwest Louisiana would be in the Shreveport Region, Central Louisiana would be in the Alexandria Region, etc. Once you select your region, you will be taken to the page where you enter the details. Click on the Submit button after filling in the blanks.
Q. Can I include photographs with my ad?
A. Yes, you can include up to TEN photographs per ad.
Q. When viewing search results, how do I know if there are photographs attached?
A. Ads with photographs attached will have the character

at the beginning of the ad text.
Q. How many words are allowed in my ad?
A. There is virtually NO LIMIT. Use as many words as necessary. However, we do reserve the right to refuse, remove, modify or otherwise limit any and all content that is deemed unnecessary, objectionable, obscene, inappropriate, racist, discriminatory, or otherwise violates company policies.
Q. How long will my ad be online?
A. You can place your ad for ONE, TWO or FOUR weeks. The fee for the one week is $3.00, for two weeks is $5.00 and for four weeks is $9.00.
Q. How soon after I submit my ad will it appear online?
A. Ads received Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM will be entered into the database as soon as possible - usually in a matter of minutes. The time will vary depending on the volume of ads being submitted. Ads submitted on Saturday or Sunday, or after 5:00 PM on weekdays, will be entered into the database the next business day.
Q. Can I submit, change, or delete an ad by phone or in person?
A. At this time, no. However, if there is enough demand for this service, we will make it available at a later time.
Q. How do I search ads?
A. From the HOME page, click on Search Ads. You will be given the choice of (a) Display ALL Ads, (b) Select a search Word, (c) Select a Category, and (d) Select a Seller. Choosing (a) Display ALL Ads will, as one would expect, display ALL ads within the Region, which you will select on the next screen. Choosing (b) Select a Search Word presents you with a screen where you select the Region and a word to search for within that region. This choice is the best option as it will find your search word regardless of what category it appears in. Choosing (c) Select a Category presents you with a screen where you select the region and lets you choose a category from a drop-down list. After selecting the region and category, click on the Go button to display all ads within the selected region under the chosen category. Choosing (d) Select a Seller presents you with a screen where you select the region and lets you enter the name of the seller you want to view ads for. For example, if you enter the name of a car dealership, all ads for that dealership within the selected region will be displayed. Once you get the ads displayed for one of the four search methods, click on an ad to see more details, contact information, and photographs.
Q. How do I know when my ad has been placed online?
A. We will send you an email to the email address you entered when submitting your ad. In that email we will give you your receipt number and a copy of the ad as you sent it.
Q. Can I change my ad once it goes online?
A. Yes. Simply send us a request via the UPDATE button. Enter your receipt number, the email address you used when you submitted the ad, and tell us what it is you want changed. Once we make the change, we will notify you via email.
Q. Can I delete my ad before the expiration date?
A. Yes. We recommend that if you're selling an item, once it sells, have us delete the ad from our database so that you don't keep getting phone calls about it after it's already sold. Use the UPDATE button, enter your receipt number, the email address you used when you submitted the ad, and tell us to delete it. Once we remove it from our database, we will notify you via email. No refunds will be allowed for early deletion of your ad.
